Terms & Conditions for Participants |

1. Participants in the 6P Green Program must not directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of Sustainable Directions: use, disclose, copy, scan, transmit, on sell, commercialise for your own gain, publish or permit any such activity by any other person in relation to the confidential information provided in the 6P Green Program;
2. All copyright, trade-marks, and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) and all content included in the 6P Green Program shall remain the property of Sustainable Directions;
3. All payments are to be paid in accordance with the terms specified in the Tax Invoice issued by each 6P Green Program Approved Partner;
4. The information provided as part of the 6P Green Program is intended to be generic information relating to general business sustainability issues and does not represent legal or professional advice.
5. Participants must indemnify Sustainable Directions and Approved Partners from any liability that they may incur arising from economic loss, loss or damage to property, or injury to or death of any person as a result of participating in the 6P Green Program except to the extent contributed to or caused by any negligent, wilful or reckless act or omission of Sustainable Directions or Approved Partners. |

The 6P Green Program was developed in Adelaide, South Australia over a period of three years by Tony Innes, the founder and Managing Director of Sustainable Directions Pty Ltd. Tony has over 30 years commercial experience, mainly in the Finance Sector and holds an Economics Degree and a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Business. He specialises in climate change education, strategy, corporate social responsibility and presenting the business case to corporate leaders on the merits of adopting sustainable practices. Tony was previously a part time lecturer with TAFE SA in the Diploma of Sustainability and was also an active member of the Al Gore Climate Project Leadership program in Australia.
The 6P Green Program was designed to fit the sustainability needs of organisations of all sizes and is able to be delivered to teams from individual organisations or to a group of participants from multiple organisations. The 6P Green Program has now been commercialised and is delivered to a wide range of business clients by a growing team of Approved Partners. Each Approved Partner has met strict qualifying criteria in order to maintain the integrity and consistency of the 6P Green Program. The 6P Green Program is continually enhanced and updated by Sustainable Directions Pty Ltd to meet the requirements of forward thinking organisations and to keep pace with the fast growing area of Business Sustainability.
